About Me

I'm an Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 10 years' experience across the NHS, private practice and elite sport.I assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles and nerves. I offer private physiotherapy appointments, including home visits where appropriate, across West London.I welcome both new patients and people who have previously been under my care within the NHS. If you are unsure whether physiotherapy is right for you, I am happy to discuss your condition and advise on the most appropriate next steps.

My approach is centred on careful assessment, clear explanation and evidence-based treatment. I aim to help people understand their condition, make informed decisions about their care, and return to the activities that are important to them.Following a thorough assessment, we'll develop a personalised rehabilitation plan tailored to your symptoms, goals and lifestyle. Treatment may include education, exercise therapy, manual therapy where appropriate, and practical advice to help you recover with confidence.

Experience

Alongside my current NHS clinical practice, my career has included private practice, elite sport and independent medico-legal work.I have published research in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and continue to contribute to research relating to spinal rehabilitation.Previous experience includes working with professional football clubs in the UK and overseas, elite athletes and performing artists.
